Our Struggle for Economic Empowerment

Black economics while seldom discussed is a pivotal subject within our community. We understand that unless backed by economic growth symbolic victories mean little to our communities. We realize that we need institutions that are owned and operated by black people. Without these institutions, we have little protection from the onslaught of outside forces that wish to do us harm. Black people pooling their economic energies isn't unrealistic. Our buying power in America alone is $1 trillion, yet the black dollar only manages to circulate an average of six hours before it leaves our community. Join us in harnessing the power as we do for self.
